In this post, I’m only sharing the game-changing tools in my online business tech stack.
WP Engine
A shitty hosting company can make or break your site. Choose a good one and your site will always be up and running. Any problems you have will be solved with a quick chat. This is why I love WP Engine. It ain’t cheap, but I believe in paying good money for good hosting.

I pay them to host all my websites, including this one. I switched to them back in March 2016. Great customer service, super-fast servers, and affordable.

Cloudflare
Stop logging into your domain company to mess with DNS settings. Use Cloudflare to manage your DNS. It’s free! And it has built-in tools to make your site lightning fast.
This free tool will speed up any website without installing plugins or adding code. It's a no-brainer DNS manager.

If it ain’t in Asana, it doesn’t get done. This is how I run my business and my life. Seriously, I have a recurring task every Tuesday that reminds me to take out the garbage.
Asana is the reason I’m so productive. I use it to manage three websites’ editorial calendars, marketing schedules, and product development.

ActiveCampaign
The money’s in the list. Damn straight! So invest in a good tool that’ll make you money, but only if you use it. I’ve used Aweber, Mailchimp, and ConvertKit. I finally landed on ActiveCampaign because of how powerful it is to set up automation and well-designed emails.
This is currently the email marketing software I'm using for all my brands. Mainly because it saved me money every month and automation goals is the killer feature I needed all my life.
